New product from Avery Dennison - SP 3523 Opaque Matt
With the current environmental strains all over the world alluding to pressure to take responsibility, the measures we can take to reduce our impact on the environment is now an important aspect of the business world, as well as within our own day-to-day lives. When it comes to sustainable design, Avery Dennison are taking this fantastic opportunity to implement a greener range for sign makers and designers. This aspect of sign making is important, especially in the realm of short-term promotion. Instead of using the usual short-term vinyl, why not think twice about the effect it could be having on our beautiful planet and is there a more sustainable option? This way you can play your part in the action against climate change.
At Material Solutions, we take pride in actively trying to provide high-quality sustainable products for our customers. So as you can imagine, we are delighted to hear that Avery Dennison have launched a sustainable option in the popular 3000 series.
SP 3523 Opaque Matt is the first product in what we expect to be an incredible Sustainable Print portfolio at Avery Dennison. It is a polypropylene film, meaning it is typically more rigid than PVC films, making it easier to handle and apply. This PVC-free vinyl is perfect for short-term promotional graphics. The product features a solvent-free water based adhesive and is suitable for UV and Latex printing. You can expect the same great quality as products that have come before, while improving your environmental footprint. The greyback adhesive makes this option suitable for over posting, which can be critical for promotional graphics, with an unprinted durability of 3 years.
