Over the past few years, our company has experienced remarkable growth in terms of customer base, sales, product range and new divisions. As a company we are constantly considering ways on how we can improve and continue our success into the future. One of these ways is ensure you have the best people in your team, and you put in place the foundations to allow them to get the best out of themselves.
As part of our growth strategy, we have been working towards a new team structure that will be department/function led and which will allow for timely, efficient decisions to be made across the business. A key consideration in this journey is ensuring that each department/function works cohesively and in balance with each other to achieve the wider company goals. In this regard, we are delighted to announce the appointment of David O'Keeffe as our new General Manager.
David O'Keeffe has been an integral part of our organisation for over a decade, serving as the Finance Director. His extensive experience spans over 22 years, working with multinational corporations and leading retailers in Ireland. David has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic acumen, and a relentless commitment to excellence throughout his tenure with us.
As our new General Manager, David's core mission will be to drive the company strategy, through the department/functional head team, by setting the standards of best practice and creating an atmosphere and environment that embraces an open and collaborative approach.
